Your enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, KWCS GLOBAL stores the name, email, optional phone, business details and message you provide to assess and respond to your request. It also keeps the property details you provide and internal notes about the progress of your enquiry and partnership. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. For questions or requests to access, correct or delete your details, contact info@kwcsglobal.com.
Contact measurement
We count page views, planner starts and displayed plans, email clicks, form starts, Strix opens and enquiries in aggregate without advertising cookies or visitor tracking identifiers. Planner answers are not stored in these measurements. A broad source category (such as Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, LinkedIn or WhatsApp) is kept for this tab and can accompany your enquiry. Full referrer URLs and campaign parameters are not stored. Optional measurement is disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. These counts do not include your message or contact details. When you send an enquiry, we save the first page you opened in this tab alongside it, to understand which pages generate enquiries. The path stays in this tab for its duration and is sent with the enquiry if you submit one. Temporary hashed network identifiers are used to prevent abuse and removed during periodic cleanup.
StayProfit
For StayProfit, we store your email, property details and public URLs, findings, methodology, timestamp and payment status to provide and support the service. Anyone holding your private report link can access that report. You are not subscribed to marketing. Reports can be deleted on request to info@kwcsglobal.com, except transaction records that must be retained by law. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe; KWCS does not store card details.
Chat & email
Live conversations with Strix are provided by Botpress when you choose to chat with the AI assistant. Text you enter in that conversation is sent to Botpress to generate a response. Please do not send identity or payment details. The enquiry form sends your request to KWCS GLOBAL. The email link opens your mail app; you decide whether to send a message.
