For hotel owners in Syros and across Greece. No monthly retainer. We manage pricing, sales channels and direct bookings remotely; on-site operations are agreed according to your property's location and needs.

How we're paid
Setup projects
Setup fee, based on volume of work, for setup projects: brand, website, social media, sales structure, operating procedures. You pay only for what your property needs.

What management covers
- Commercial plan and seasonal goals; pricing by date and room type
- Weekly tracking of your direct competitors' rates
- OTAs, tour operators and B2B agreements within the owner’s agreed authority
- Rate and listing checks, targeted offers and direct bookings through WebHotelier / Hotelizer
- Monthly owner report on room nights, average rate, revenue by channel and next actions; occupancy, booking pace and distribution costs where reliable data is available
- Optional: on-site operations (reception, housekeeping, team)

Why commission
If your revenue doesn't grow, neither does our fee.
The cost follows the season: less revenue, a smaller fee.
We care about net revenue, so we move bookings from the OTAs to your website.

Do I pay a setup fee as well as commission?
Yes, if you need setup projects. The setup fee depends on the volume of work.
Who owns the OTA accounts and website?
You do. OTA accounts, the domain and ad accounts stay in your business's name.
Do you work outside Syros?
Yes, across Greece. On-site operations are discussed per area.
