Hotel & Villa Sales and Revenue Management

A commercial partner for hotel and villa owners in Greece. KWCS GLOBAL manages pricing, sales channels, travel partner relationships and direct bookings around your property’s goals. We build a practical sales plan, manage the agreed channels and report on performance—with attention to the revenue your property retains after distribution costs.

Tell us what you operate, what is holding you back and when you want to start. Our team will discuss the next steps with you.

A commercial plan for your property

We start with previous periods: occupancy, average rate, revenue, booking sources and channel costs. We review seasonality, suitable source markets and your position against competitors. Together we agree goals, a seasonal revenue forecast and practical priorities, then revisit them as bookings develop.

Pricing, availability and policies

We organise room or villa categories, rate plans, extra-person charges, minimum stays and cancellation policies. We develop guest-facing and partner rates (GROSS and NET), checking commissions and discounts. Rates and availability are managed by date and unit type, with weekly competitor-rate monitoring and a review of new booking pace.

OTAs, travel agencies and B2B partnerships

We work with you to select suitable channels and travel partners for each market. Support can include negotiating commercial terms with tour operators and travel agencies, organising contracts, offers and availability, and reviewing production by channel. Commercial terms and KWCS’s authority are agreed with the owner before implementation.

Rate checks and listing quality

We check that rates, policies, availability and descriptions appear correctly across the agreed channels. We investigate price discrepancies for comparable booking conditions and work with the property, channel or system provider to address them. We review photos, room categories and available visibility tools, taking their additional costs into account.

Offers with a commercial purpose

We plan packages and targeted offers for specific dates, unit types or markets. Early-booking, last-minute, longer-stay and returning-guest offers are assessed against demand, available tools and costs. We check how discounts combine so that each promotion supports the agreed revenue objective.

Direct bookings, WebHotelier and Hotelizer

We connect the commercial plan with day-to-day use of WebHotelier and Hotelizer where those systems are used. We review rates, availability, policies and offers, along with the journey from a room or villa page to a completed booking. System support depends on access and the agreed scope. A new website, brand refresh or additional marketing project can be agreed separately.

Monthly performance reporting for the owner

Your monthly report shows room nights, average rate and revenue by channel, together with recommended actions for the next period. Where reliable data is available, we include occupancy, revenue per available room or unit, new booking pace, cancellations and distribution costs. Metrics, comparison periods and any more frequent reporting are defined in the proposal.

A defined scope and clear responsibilities

Commercial management can be delivered remotely across Greece while your team runs the property. On-site support is discussed separately for each location. Before starting, we agree channels, access, deliverables, responsibilities and fees. Ongoing management uses commission on revenue excluding VAT, with the percentage agreed after review. Required setup projects carry a separate setup fee based on the volume of work.

KWCS / FAQ

Practical answers for owners

Can you manage sales while my team runs the property?

Yes. We can agree remote management of pricing, channels, travel partnerships and direct bookings for hotels and villas in Greece. KWCS’s responsibilities and those of your team are defined before work begins.

What does the commercial plan cover?

Using your property’s data, we review seasonality, markets, room or villa categories, rates, policies and distribution costs. We agree goals and actions, then revisit the plan as bookings develop.

Do you support OTAs, travel agencies and tour operators?

Yes. The scope can include partner selection, terms negotiation, contract and offer administration, and production monitoring. Commercial terms and our authority are agreed with the owner.

Do you support WebHotelier and Hotelizer?

Yes. We have hands-on experience using them for reservations, rates and availability. We review consistency with the commercial plan and the booking journey, subject to available access and the agreed scope.

What will I see in the owner report?

The monthly report includes room nights, average rate, revenue by channel and next actions. Where reliable data exists, we also review occupancy, revenue per available unit, booking pace, cancellations and distribution costs. Metrics are agreed in the proposal.

How does the partnership start and how are you paid?

Start with the five-step collaboration planner: property, sales, presence, operations and goals. A conversation and written proposal follow. Ongoing management uses an agreed commission on revenue excluding VAT, with no monthly retainer. Setup projects have a separate setup fee. The standalone Revenue Audit has its own agreed scope and fee.
