Who we work with
We work with owners and operators of independent hotels, boutique properties and holiday villas. You may be preparing your first season, need help with daily reservations, or want to review distribution costs. We begin with your room or villa count, location, available figures and business objective.
Based in Syros, with commercial support across Greece
Our team operates from Syros. Pricing, distribution, reservation support, websites and consulting can be delivered remotely for properties across Greece, with agreed system access. On-site presence, reception and local housekeeping coordination are assessed separately for each location and project before a proposal is made.
What we agree before work begins
We define responsibilities, deliverables, system access and reporting. Ongoing management is charged at an agreed commission on revenue excluding VAT. Setup projects, such as a website or sales structure, carry a fee based on scope. The percentage, services and terms are set out in your tailored proposal.

Which service does my hotel or villa need?
Start with a revenue and distribution audit if you need to identify the priorities. Discuss ongoing commercial management for pricing and reservations, a website project for your presentation and direct booking path, or an operational review for daily responsibilities and on-site needs.
Can you help my property attract more direct bookings?
We review your website, booking engine, rates, offers and the information guests need to book. We recommend or implement changes using your property's data. Booking volume also depends on demand, price, season and the property itself.
Do you support a single villa or a small hotel?
We welcome enquiries from villa owners and independent hotel owners. The appropriate scope depends on unit count, location, existing systems and the services you need.
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
Share your property's name and location, room or villa count, website, current booking systems and main objective. For a revenue review, we then agree which reporting data is needed. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form.
